Preferred Bidder Phase

During the Preferred Bidder period, Robertson Capital Projects will use its considerable experience in client negotiations to drive the financial close process in accordance with the required timescales. Key tasks undertaken during this phase include:

  • Establishing a clear path to financial close with agreed timescales and critical path items
  • Progressing the contract to its final form inclusive of all equity and funder issues, including all supporting schedules
  • Liaising with the project funder to deliver all required information in support of the due diligence process
  • Overseeing the preparation and agreement of the design & build and FM sub-contracts
  • Continuing to drive the process using key workstreams as the means to deliver on programme
  • Arranging and facilitating preferred bidder activity workshops to continue momentum
  • Attending regular meetings with the client to report on progress
