Robertson Capital Projects provides a single point of contact to manage all key interfaces with project and client teams during bid stage activity, with a strong focus on client relationship management. During this phase of initial procurement, Robertson Capital Projects will undertake a number of principal bid management roles.
Key tasks undertaken during this stage include:
- Assembling leading design teams with equal emphasis on high quality design, approach to sustainability and full life costs
- Leading and assembling private sector bid team including single point of contact responsibility with client
- Establishing key activity workstreams covering areas such as overall project management, design and construction, facilities management, commercial, finance, payment mechanism and insurance
- Creating an effective internal and external communications network
- Providing sponsor support through steering group resources
- Coordination of all bid response requirements in accordance with key workstreams
- Delivering a competitive project funding strategy including equity, junior debt, senior debt, mezzanine debt and bond finance solutions
- Developing and agreeing cost inputs with all parties, including capital, lifecycle, FM, development costs and funding terms
