What We Do

Robertson Capital Projects' specialist skills allow the company to bid, manage and invest in a range of diverse project opportunities, establishing leading edge project company delivery vehicles with the means to develop, operate and maintain assets during project concession periods. We manage all phases of the procurement process, from initial targeting and selection of business opportunities through to the ongoing management of the project company vehicle itself.

Through our extensive involvement in PPP procurement, Robertson Capital Projects has been able to offer best value, first-class project solutions through the following core services;

1. PPP Project Management: Managing all aspects of our involvement in a large and varied programme of PPP projects, including;

  • Identifying suitable target opportunities and assembling best matched bidding and delivery vehicles
  • Delivering premium quality documentation from initial prequalification submissions through to user focused operational manuals
  • Managing and coordinating contract negotiations covering all aspects of project requirements
  • Undertaking full responsibility for Concession Phase Management from project company shareholder issues through to daily facilities management operational interfaces
  • Ensuring smooth effective communication between all project stakeholders, covering client user groups, design and construction teams, financial and legal advisors, funders and diligence representatives, and hard and soft FM service providers.

2. Design: Partnering with clients and design teams to develop innovative service led design solutions which are of high quality, sustainable, reliable and incorporate all user group needs.

3. Build: Working with supply chain contractors including our sister regional construction companies to create essential public sector infrastructure, retaining an overall responsibility for managing this vital stage of any major procurement.

4. Finance: Securing the most competitive project funding requirements including equity finance directly provided by Robertson Capital Projects and project partners.

5. Maintain: Providing a range of Hard and soft FM support services through our sister company Robertson Facilities Management. This covers planned and reactive physical building maintenance, lifecycle management and Soft FM services such as cleaning, portering and catering where required.
