Robertson Capital Projects has an extensive track record in the UK education sector, with 8 major concessions secured by the company.

Robertson Capital Projects' education portfolio comprises:

• 38 primary schools for a total of 11,700 pupils - many incorporating community space, library facilities, nursery provision and SEN accommodation

• 25 secondary schools for a total of 30,500 pupils - schools ranging in size from 600 to 2000 pupils, several incorporating significant community space and enhanced leisure facilities including swimming pools.

Whilst the majority of schools delivered have been new build in nature, the company's procurement experience includes school refurbishment, redevelopment or capital only activity.  

Robertson Capital Projects has undertaken full bid management responsibility, working with fellow Robertson companies to deliver the D&B/FM contracts respectively. On occasion, and as a direct result of its links with industry equity partners, Robertson Capital Projects has undertaken an investor only role, working alongside external supply chain members to deliver the D&B/FM contract requirements.
