THE Angus Access Panel's Rod McFarlane Award has been presented to Carlogie Primary School in Carnoustie. Angus Provost Ruth Leslie Melville was at the school to present the award.

Carlogie Primary was developed by Robertson Eastern as part of Robertson Capital Projects' recently completed seven school £50m Forfar/Carnoustie Schools PPP Project for Angus Council.

Carlogie Primary School formed a unique part of the project as it was the only element which involved a full refurbishment of an existing building.

Robertson has formally handed over the Clackmannanshire Community Healthcare Centre to NHS Forth Valley. This innovative campus style £20M community hospital development, which includes a replacement for Alloa Health Centre, has been built on the site of the former Sauchie Hospital in Alloa.

The community hospital will provide a range of services to the wider population of Clackmannanshire.
