NHS Frameworks Scotland
In November 2008 NHS Scotland appointed RD Health as one of five Principal Supply Chain Partners to undertake Capital Projects on behalf of NHS Boards and Special Health Boards through it's Frameworks Scotland Agreement.
RD Health was formed exclusively by Robertson Capital Projects to work in partnership with the NHS in Scotland. RD Health's principal members are Robertson Construction Group and Dawn Construction Limited. All have existing long term partnerships with NHS Boards across Scotland, and expertise in the design, construction and maintenance of acute and primary care projects ranging from small scale refurbishment contracts through to large scale multi site developments with capital values in excess of £100M.
RD Health also offer the diverse services of a dedicated project management team at Robertson Capital Projects who have over a decade of experience in all stages of NHS procurement ranging from early Business Case work through to Construction Phase and Concession Phase Management. RD Health also benefits from a Scotland wide supply chain of leading healthcare design team professionals.
RD Health is managed by Robertson Capital Projects and will be appointed for a fixed period of four years, with an envisaged optional extension of two years.
The PSCP may be engaged to undertake a variety of duties including service strategies, estate strategies, business planning, developing the brief, design development and construction works. In addition to the construction phase of a project, the PSCP can be appointed at various stages in the capital project planning process from the Initial Agreement stage, Outline Business Case stage or up to the Full Business Case stage.
