Robertson Capital Projects's team comprises more than 30 employees specialising in bid management, construction phase project management, investments, business development, marketing and project and financial administration.

The skills, knowledge and enthusiasm of our people are integral to the success of the business. Staff are encouraged to excel in terms of experience, resourcefulness and a willingness to embrace partnership values to support long-term relationships with clients and supply chain partners. Most of our project staff are qualified to degree level and hold a variety of relevant professional qualifications.

Robertson Capital Projects places a strong emphasis on training and empowerment, providing an open, inclusive, challenging and rewarding working environment. As part of this process the company holds regular business development meetings which involve all members of staff as well as regular management team meetings. As a result we have a very low turnover of staff and a professional and dedicated team.
